A destination wedding is a group trip where nobody travels together. Guests fly in from different cities on different days, and each arrives needing a map to the venue, the shuttle times and the family group chat. A planner who sorts their data before they fly saves a morning of phone calls.
One trip, dated from the first arrival
Create a single trip covering the whole stay, from the first guest's arrival to the last departure, and add every guest to its roster. If some guests stay on for a honeymoon week, give them a trip of their own with longer dates rather than stretching everyone's plan.
A day-pass plan is ordered for every day of the trip, so a guest who arrives late still has the days they need. A fixed plan is simpler when everyone is there for the same long weekend.
Sending the links
Each guest has a private install page with their own QR code. Share the link the way you already reach the guests: in the wedding website's guest area, in the travel information email, or one by one on WhatsApp. Ask them to install it at home the week before.
Older relatives often want help. Two lines do it: open the link on a second screen and scan the code with the phone, or tap the manual install option if they only have the one phone.
On the morning
Open the install board. Guests marked Installed are set; anyone marked Not installed is who you, or a helpful cousin, check on at breakfast. The board reads the state from the mobile network, so you are not relying on people telling you they have done it.
