A person for the phone that will not connect
Coordinators check coverage for your route before the group leaves, and stay on call while you travel. You book them in fixed slots from your trip budget. Each one works under a call sign; the desk gives you their name when it confirms your booking.
Why book one
Some travellers can't get their eSIM working: the phone is locked to a network, a setting is off, or there is no data on landing. A coordinator checks your route before the group leaves and answers those travellers during the trip, so you are not the one fixing phones.
What it costs
Each coordinator sets an hourly rate, shown on their card: today they charge $68.50 an hour. A slot costs that rate times its length: a coverage plan is 1 hour and an on-call window is 4 hours. At $68.50 an hour, a coverage plan costs $68.50 and an on-call window $273.50.
How you pay
From your trip budget, the same prepaid balance that pays for eSIMs, at the moment you book. If the desk cannot staff the slot, or has not confirmed it by the time it starts, the full price goes back to your trip budget automatically. Cancelling yourself follows the table below.

Two kinds of slot

Price of a slot: the hourly rate times its length. Slots start at least 24 hours ahead.
