MUSTER sells eSIMs to the people who organise group trips abroad: teachers, team managers, delegation leads, wedding planners, tour operators and production managers.
One traveller offline holds up thirty
A solo traveller who lands without data finds a café. A group waits for them. The organiser answers the calls, finds the Wi-Fi password and keeps everyone at arrivals.
MUSTER moves that work to the week before departure. You generate the eSIMs in one run, travellers install them at home, and the install board tells you who still needs a nudge.
How a trip runs
| 1. Create the trip | Dates, the countries on the route and one data plan that every traveller on the trip receives. Nothing is charged yet. |

| 2. Add the roster | Type travellers in one at a time or upload a CSV of names and email addresses, with an optional group label such as a class or a team. |
| 3. Generate the eSIMs | Tick who gets one, see the total before anything is charged, and confirm once. Each traveller gets their own eSIM and a private install page with their QR code and step-by-step instructions. |
| 4. Watch the install board | It shows, from the mobile network's own records, who has installed, who has not and who is running low on data. An eSIM nobody has installed can still be cancelled for its full price back. |
If you want a person on call, you can also book a connectivity coordinator to check your route before departure or answer travellers during the trip.

You don't need a company to use MUSTER: a private person can open an account in their own name.
What you are buying
Every eSIM from MUSTER is a data-only plan. It gives the phone mobile data in the countries the plan covers; it has no phone number and cannot send SMS or make ordinary calls, while apps that use data for calls and messages work as normal. It needs a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to another network.
