Parties and acceptance
This agreement (the "coordinator terms") is between Tsernskin keiys OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17587191, with its registered address at P. Kerese tn 17-20, 20309 Narva, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia ("MUSTER", "we", "us") and you, the person who applies to work, or works, as a connectivity coordinator on the MUSTER desk ("coordinator", "you"). It is separate from the terms of service that govern organisers, and nothing in it makes you a party to those terms.
You accept these terms by ticking the box on the application form and sending the application. That is a binding electronic acceptance. The version you accepted (this one is 2026-09-23) and the time you accepted it are stored with your application, and the desk sees both when it reviews you. The agreement starts when you accept it and becomes an active engagement when the desk approves your application.
Definitions
- Desk: the MUSTER staff who review applications, confirm and complete bookings, and pay withdrawals.
- Console: your signed-in coordinator area at /console, showing your bookings, earnings and withdrawals.
- Organiser: the MUSTER customer who books you for a group trip. Traveller: a person on that organiser's roster.
- Slot: a fixed block of your time an organiser can book, of the kinds set out in section C06.
- Booking: a slot an organiser has asked for, with its status: requested, confirmed, completed or cancelled.
- Booking price: your hourly rate multiplied by the length of the slot, paid by the organiser to MUSTER.
- Earning: your share of the booking price, 85% after our 15% platform fee, credited to you when a booking is completed.
- Call sign: the public name the desk gives you, under which organisers see and book you.
Independent contractor
You work as an independent contractor, not as an employee, worker, agent or partner of Tsernskin keiys OÜ. Nothing in these terms creates employment, a partnership or a joint venture, and you have no authority to make promises or enter contracts on our behalf.
- You decide which hours you offer and how you do the work, within the standards in section C08.
- You provide and pay for your own phone, computer, internet connection and anything else you use.
- You are free to work for others, including other platforms, provided you keep to sections C13 and C14.
- You have no right to a salary, holiday pay, sick pay, pension, benefits, expenses or any minimum amount of work.
Who can be a coordinator
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must not be resident in, established in, or working from Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria, and you must not be a person targeted by EU or international sanctions. The application form refuses these countries, the desk cannot approve an application from them, and we suspend any engagement that comes to fall within them.
- You must hold a bank account in your own name that can receive euro transfers.
- You must give accurate information in your application and keep it, including your bank details, up to date.
Application, review and identity
You apply through a five-step form while signed in to your MUSTER account. It asks for your country and time zone, the languages and regions you cover, the problems you can troubleshoot, your experience, the hours you work, the hourly rate you propose (from €15.00 to €200.00) and your bank details. You also upload a government-issued ID — passport, national ID card or driving licence — as a JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF file of up to 10 MB.
The desk reads every application. It checks your ID, may ask for references, and holds a short video call before approving anyone. Sending an application does not put you in the directory, and we are not obliged to approve it. If we decline, the desk records a reason.
On approval the desk gives you a call sign and sets your hourly rate, normally the rate you proposed and always within the range above. Your public directory entry then shows your call sign, languages, regions, a short focus line, a bio taken from your experience, your hourly rate, your time zone and your working hours. Your legal name, email, ID and bank details are never published.
Your ID is stored privately in our database, never at a public link, and is opened only by desk staff who review applications and payouts. We keep it while you are a coordinator and for up to 12 months after the engagement ends, or longer only where the law requires. Our privacy policy explains your rights over it.
You may also attach a CV, as a PDF or Word file of up to 10 MB. It is optional, and an application without one is read in the same way. We use it only to assess your application. It is stored privately in our database like your ID, never at a public link, and is opened only by the desk staff who review applications. It is kept for as long as the rest of your application, as set out in the privacy policy.
The services and how bookings work
Organisers book you by your call sign, in fixed slots of two kinds:
- Coverage plan (1 hour, before departure): you review the countries on the trip and the plan the organiser chose, and send the organiser written advice.
- On-call window (4 hours, during the trip): you stay reachable to help the organiser and their travellers with installs and connection problems. On-call windows start at 08:00, 12:00 or 16:00 in your time zone.
Slots are offered only inside the working hours you gave us, from 24 hours to 21 days ahead. A booking moves through these states, each shown in your console:
- Requested: the organiser has asked for the slot and paid its price to MUSTER. You see the slot, not yet who booked it.
- Confirmed: the desk has confirmed it. You then see the organiser's name, organisation and email.
- Completed: the slot has taken place and the desk has marked it completed, which credits your earning.
- Cancelled: the booking ended before completion, for one of the reasons in section C09.
A requested booking the desk has not confirmed by the time its slot begins is cancelled automatically.
Your hourly rate
Your rate is the one the desk set on approval, within €15.00 to €200.00 an hour. It is shown to organisers before they book, and the price of a booking is fixed at the rate in force when the organiser books it. To change your rate, write to the desk; a new rate applies only to bookings made after the desk changes it.
Standards of service
For every confirmed booking you will:
- Write to the organiser at the start of the slot, and be reachable for its whole length;
- Give careful, honest advice, and say plainly what a network or a phone can and cannot do rather than promise coverage;
- Work in the languages and regions you told us you cover;
- Never ask a traveller for a phone passcode, account password, payment card details or remote access to their device;
- Never recommend or sell another provider's eSIM, SIM or data plan to an organiser or traveller for your own benefit;
- Tell the desk at once, through us on the contact form, if you cannot keep a slot, so it can be handed back and the organiser refunded.
If an organiser tells us you did not contact them at the start of a slot, the desk will look into it before marking the booking completed, and may refund the organiser instead (section C09).
Cancellations and what you earn
You earn only on a booking that is completed. A cancelled booking earns nothing, whoever cancels it and however close to the start. The organiser's refund in each case is set by the cancellation policy; what you earn is shown beside it.
| What happens | Organiser gets back | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| The organiser cancels a requested booking | Full price | Nothing |
| The organiser cancels a confirmed booking 48 hours or more before the start | Full price | Nothing |
| The organiser cancels a confirmed booking 24 to 48 hours before the start | Half the price | Nothing |
| The organiser cancels a confirmed booking less than 24 hours before the start | Nothing | Nothing |
| The desk cannot confirm a request, or it is not confirmed before the slot begins | Full price | Nothing |
| You drop a confirmed booking, or the desk hands it back for you | Full price | Nothing |
| You did not deliver the slot | Full price | Nothing |
| The slot is delivered and the desk marks it completed | — | 85% of the price, after our 15% platform fee |
An organiser cannot cancel a booking once its slot has started.
Platform fee and earnings
MUSTER keeps a platform fee of 15% of the booking price, rounded to the nearest cent. For example, a €40.00 booking earns you €34.00, and the fee is €6.00. The fee pays for finding organisers, taking their payment, running the desk and the console, and paying you.
The desk marks a confirmed booking completed only after its slot has started; your earning is credited in the same step. Your console shows what you have earned, what is available to withdraw, any withdrawal waiting for the desk, and the earnings from confirmed bookings not yet completed. Those figures are worked out from your bookings and withdrawals each time you open it, not kept as a separate balance that could drift.
We pay no interest on earnings, and earnings are not a deposit or a wallet you can spend on MUSTER.
Withdrawals, by bank transfer only
You can ask for a withdrawal of your available earnings from your console, from €50.00 to €10,000.00 per request, with one request waiting at a time.
We pay by bank transfer only, in euros, to the account in your name whose IBAN and BIC you gave us; both are checked for a valid format when you enter them. The desk reviews each request by hand and normally sends the transfer within five working days, after which the transfer reference appears in your console. To change your bank details, write to the desk: we may confirm the change with you before paying to a new account.
We may ask for further identity or account checks before paying, and we may decline a withdrawal we reasonably believe is linked to fraud, to a sanctions restriction or to a breach of these terms. If we decline, the reason is shown to you in your console and the amount returns to your available earnings. Charges made by your own bank, and any currency conversion your bank applies, are yours.
Tax and contributions
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, social security contributions and VAT or other sales tax due on your earnings, in every country where they are due, and for registering with the authorities where you must.
We pay your earnings without deducting tax. Where the law requires a platform to report what it pays its sellers or service providers to a tax authority, we will do so, and we may ask you for your tax identification number and address for that purpose. You agree to cover us for any tax, contribution, interest or penalty that is claimed from us because you did not meet your own obligations.
No direct payments and no circumvention
Never ask for or accept payment, tips, gifts or any other value from an organiser or traveller directly, and never move a booking off MUSTER to be paid elsewhere.
While you are on the desk and for 12 months after your last booking, you will not offer paid connectivity help directly to an organiser you met through a MUSTER booking, or accept such work from them, outside MUSTER. Breaking this section ends your place on the desk.
Confidentiality
In the course of a booking you will see confidential information: organisers' names, organisations, email addresses and trip details, and, where an organiser shares them, travellers' names and phone models. You may use it only to deliver that booking. Keep it confidential, never contact organisers or travellers for any other purpose, and never share it with anyone else.
The same applies to anything you learn about how MUSTER works that is not public, including its prices from suppliers, its desk processes and other coordinators' details. This duty continues without time limit after you leave the desk.
Personal data
Organisers' and travellers' personal data is processed by MUSTER as controller. When you handle it during a booking, you act on our instructions and for no other purpose. You will:
- Keep it secure on your own devices and accounts, and not copy it into other tools or services;
- Delete any copy you made, including notes and messages, when the booking ends;
- Tell us through us on the contact form without undue delay, and in any case within 24 hours, if you think it has been lost, disclosed or accessed by someone who should not have it;
- Pass on to us, without answering it yourself, any request from an organiser or traveller about their data.
We process your own personal data — your application, ID, bank details, bookings and earnings — to run this agreement, pay you and meet our legal duties, as described in the privacy policy. You can complain about how we handle it to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
Your advice and our name
You keep ownership of your general skills and know-how. For the written advice and other material you produce for a booking, you give MUSTER and the organiser a free, non-exclusive, permanent licence to use, copy and keep it for the trip it was made for and for MUSTER's records, including to resolve a complaint.
You may say publicly that you are a coordinator on the MUSTER desk. You may not otherwise use the MUSTER name or logo, or present yourself as speaking for MUSTER.
Liability
Your advice and help are given with reasonable care, but neither you nor MUSTER can guarantee that a network will work in a given place. Neither party is liable to the other for loss of profit, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Each party's total liability to the other under this agreement is limited to the earnings paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, a breach of sections C14 or C15, the tax cover in section C12, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Suspension and ending
You can stop taking bookings, or end this agreement, at any time by telling the desk. Deliver the bookings already confirmed for you, or ask the desk to hand them back, before you go.
We may pause your listing, or end this agreement with immediate effect, if you break these terms, repeatedly miss slots, give false or out-of-date information, fall within section C04, or if the law requires it. We may also end it if the coordinator desk is closed. We will tell you the reason unless the law prevents us.
When the agreement ends, your directory entry is removed and any booking not yet completed is cancelled with a full refund to the organiser. Earnings already credited stay payable under section C11, unless they are connected to fraud. Sections C12 to C17 continue to apply after the end.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version is published on this page with a new version number and date, and applies to bookings confirmed after it is published; bookings already confirmed stay under the version in force when they were confirmed. Each application records the version its applicant accepted. If you do not accept a new version, you may stop taking bookings and end the agreement under section C18.
General
- Whole agreement: these terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and MUSTER about the coordinator work, and replace anything said before.
- Transfer: you may not transfer this agreement or have someone else deliver your bookings. We may transfer it to a company that takes over the MUSTER service, and will tell you.
- Severability: if a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Notices: we write to you at the email address on your MUSTER account; you write to us through us on the contact form.
- Language: these terms are written in English, and the English version governs.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Before going to court, tell us about the dispute through us on the contact form and give us 30 days to try to settle it. If it is not settled, Viru County Court (Viru Maakohus), Estonia has jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of your country gives you and cannot be excluded.
For questions about these terms, a booking or a payout, write to us on the contact form.
