Here is a group trip on MUSTER, day by day. The ruler below is to scale: the gaps between steps match the days between them.

Budget and trip
You top up the trip budget and create the trip: dates, the countries on the route, and one data plan for everyone.
The plan list comes from the network's live catalogue, with the price per traveller next to each plan.

Roster and run
You type the travellers in or upload a CSV. MUSTER prices the whole roster and shows you the total.
You confirm, and each traveller gets one eSIM. If the network refuses one, its price goes back into your budget.

Travellers install
Each traveller opens a private install page with their QR code and steps for iPhone and Android.

Chase the board
The install board lists who has not scanned yet. You send those people their link again.

Wheels down
The eSIMs connect on arrival. A coordinator you booked is on call for anyone stuck.
One link, one QR, one tick on your board
Travellers do not need an account. Each one gets a link to their own install page. The page shows their name, the trip, the countries the plan covers, their data allowance and the QR code to scan.
If the camera route fails, the page also lists the manual codes to type in. When the phone downloads the eSIM, that traveller's tick on your board turns green.
Example: the ringed tick is the traveller reading the page.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Open the camera and scan the code.
- Tap Add eSIM. Switch on data roaming for it when you land.
