T01

Who we are and what these terms cover

MUSTER, the website at muster.boutique, is operated by Tsernskin keiys OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17587191, with its registered address at P. Kerese tn 17-20, 20309 Narva, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "MUSTER" mean Tsernskin keiys OÜ. "You" means the person who opens an organiser account and, where that person opens or uses it for a school, club, company or other organisation, that organisation.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the MUSTER website and console to hold a prepaid trip budget, create trips, add travellers, generate eSIMs and book connectivity coordinators. They sit alongside our privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, payment policy and cookie policy. If a policy and these terms disagree, these terms apply.

You can reach us on the contact form. We answer in writing, usually within two working days. We do not run a telephone line or a live chat.

T02

Who can open an account

MUSTER is for individuals who organise group travel: teachers running a school trip, team managers, wedding and event planners, tour operators and production managers moving a crew. You may use MUSTER for yourself or on behalf of a school, club or company. If you act for an organisation, the organisation is our customer: you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, to spend its money and to share its travellers' details with us, and the organisation is responsible for the account and for what is done in it.

You do not need a company or any other organisation to use MUSTER. A private person organising a wedding, a family reunion or a trip with friends opens an account in their own name, leaves the organisation field on the sign-up form empty, and is our customer as an individual, with every right the law gives a consumer. We do not ask for company registration papers or verify that an organisation exists; when you name one, you confirm that you may act for it.

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must give your real name, an email address you read, and the country you live in or, if you act for an organisation, the country it is established in.
  • We cannot open an account for an organiser established in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia or Syria. The sign-up form refuses these countries. This follows EU and international sanctions and we cannot review it case by case.
  • You must accept these terms and the policies listed above by ticking the box on the sign-up form.

Keep your password to yourself. Anything done in the console while you are signed in counts as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password in Settings and write to us.

T03

Buying for an organisation

When you use MUSTER for a school, club, company or other organisation, you act in the course of that organisation's business or activity, and the organisation, not you personally, is the customer under these terms.

The rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase and the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, apply to an individual buying for themselves. They do not apply to an organisation buying for its own activity. Everything our policies promise applies to every customer alike: unused credit is refundable, an eSIM that cannot be issued is credited back, and coordinator bookings follow the cancellation rules.

Businesses may buy from MUSTER. Anyone who opens an account or makes a purchase for a business or other organisation confirms that they have the authority to bind it to these terms. eSIMs are bought for the organisation's own travellers; they may not be resold as a product.

If an organisation needs its own paperwork, for example a purchase order reference on its records, write to us before the payment and we will tell you what we can provide.

T04

What MUSTER does

With an organiser account you can:

  1. Top up a prepaid trip budget;
  2. Create a trip with its dates, the countries it passes through and one data plan that every traveller on that trip receives;
  3. Add travellers one at a time or by uploading a roster file in CSV format, with a name, an email address and an optional group label;
  4. Generate one eSIM for each traveller on the roster in a single run, after we have shown you the price of the whole roster;
  5. Give each traveller a private install page that holds their QR code, their ICCID, the manual installation codes and step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Android;
  6. Watch an install board that shows, from the mobile network's own records, whether each traveller has installed their eSIM and how much data they have used;
  7. Book a connectivity coordinator by the slot, paid from the same trip budget.

What an eSIM from MUSTER is and is not

Every eSIM we sell is a data-only plan. It gives the phone mobile data in the countries the plan covers. It does not come with a phone number and cannot send or receive SMS or make ordinary calls. Apps that use data for calls and messages work as normal.

A day-pass plan renews its data allowance each day. We order a day-pass plan for the number of days in the trip, counting the departure day and the return day, up to 60 days. A fixed plan gives a set amount of data for a set number of days. The plan page in the console shows which kind you chose.

Phones

An eSIM only works on a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to another mobile network. Checking this for each traveller is your responsibility before you generate their eSIM. Our FAQ explains how a traveller can check their phone.

T05

Your travellers and their details

When you add a traveller, you give us their name and email address. You confirm that you have the traveller's permission, or the permission of a parent or guardian for a traveller under 18, to share those details with us so that we can issue their eSIM and deliver their install link. Our privacy policy explains what we do with those details, and you should point your travellers to it.

Each install page is private. Anyone who has the link can see the QR code and install the eSIM. Send each link only to the traveller it belongs to. If a link reaches the wrong person before the eSIM is installed, write to us straight away.

We email the install link to each traveller, and the roster shows whether it has been sent. You can always copy the link from the roster and share it yourself.

T06

How the service is delivered

An eSIM counts as delivered when it appears, with its ICCID and QR code, on the traveller's install page and against their name in your console. This normally happens within a minute of your run. Occasionally the mobile network takes a few minutes to finish allocating a profile. The console then shows the traveller as "being issued" and completes the eSIM when the network does. You do not need to run the generation again.

The install board reads each eSIM's state from the mobile network operator that supplies the eSIM profiles. It can lag behind the phone by a few minutes, and it cannot see inside a traveller's phone.

A coordinator booking is delivered in the slot you booked. At the start of the slot the coordinator writes to the email address on your account and works with you by email or on a call you arrange together in that thread. Coordinator work is described in the coordinator bookings section below.

T07

Prices and the trip budget

You choose euros or US dollars. Prices and your trip budget are shown in that currency, and you pay in it. Our own accounts are kept in euros, so dollar figures are converted at that day's exchange rate and a dollar balance can move slightly with it. The amount shown on the top-up screen before you pay is the amount your card is charged. Card top-ups open at launch; until then no card is charged.

The price of an eSIM is our price for the plan, which includes our margin over what the mobile network charges us. Before a run starts, the generate screen shows the price of one eSIM, the number of travellers and the total. The run starts only for that exact total. If the network's price changes between you opening the screen and confirming, we stop and show you the new total, and nothing is charged.

Coordinator rates are shown per hour on the coordinators page and the booking screen shows the price of the slot before you confirm.

Your trip budget is prepaid credit. It is not a bank account, it earns no interest and it cannot be transferred to another account. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges anywhere in MUSTER. Each payment is between €1 and €20,000, or the same amounts in US dollars at the day's rate. How payments are taken is set out in the payment policy.

T08

Generating eSIMs: how we charge a run

We apply these rules to every generation run:

  • We check your trip budget covers the whole roster before we start. If it does not, we tell you how much to add and charge nothing.
  • We charge one eSIM at a time, immediately before we order it from the network.
  • A traveller who already has an eSIM, or whose eSIM is being issued, is skipped. We never charge twice for the same traveller in the same trip.
  • If the network refuses an eSIM, we put its price back into your trip budget at once and leave that traveller on the roster without an eSIM, so you can include them in your next run.
  • If a run is interrupted before the network confirms an order, we check with the network first. If no order exists, we return the price to your trip budget.

The end of each run lists every traveller with the result: issued, being issued, credited back, or skipped with the reason. Every charge and credit appears in the statement on your trip budget page with the balance after it.

T09

The limits we enforce on an account

Two limits are built into the software. An upload or a roster that would cross one is refused before anything is added or charged, so you should know them before you plan a trip:

  • A roster can hold up to 500 travellers. A group larger than that is split across more than one trip.
  • A roster CSV can be up to 200 KB. A file over that is rejected whole and adds nothing.

Availability of eSIMs from our network supplier is not a limit on your order. Once your budget covers the total you confirmed, the order is accepted. There is no daily limit on how many eSIMs an account issues. A run of more than 50 eSIMs, or one confirmed while supply is busy, is issued in batches, and each traveller's eSIM is shown as pending until it is issued; larger rosters and busy periods can take longer, and we do not promise a delivery time. Each eSIM is charged from your trip budget only when it is ordered, so nothing is charged for a pending traveller. If the network refuses an eSIM, its price is returned to your budget.

T10

Coordinator bookings

Connectivity coordinators are people who help organisers plan mobile coverage and fix installs. You book them in fixed slots:

  • Coverage plan: a one-hour slot before departure. The coordinator reviews the countries on your trip, the plan you chose and any phones your travellers have raised with you, and sends you written advice.
  • On-call window: a four-hour slot during the trip, in which the coordinator stays available to help you and your travellers with installs and connection problems.

The directory shows each approved coordinator by a call sign with their languages, regions, focus and hourly rate. When you book, we hold the price from your trip budget and the booking shows as "requested". Our coordinator desk then confirms it, and the coordinator's name appears on the booking. Only the organiser who made a confirmed booking sees that name. If the desk cannot staff the slot, or the booking is still unconfirmed when the slot begins, the booking is cancelled and the full price goes back to your trip budget.

A coordinator gives advice and practical help. They cannot change how a mobile network works in a particular place, and they cannot guarantee that every phone will connect. Cancellation of bookings, and what you get back, is set out in the cancellation policy.

T11

Refunds and your right to cancel

An eSIM is digital content. When you confirm a run, you ask us to supply the eSIMs straight away and you agree that your 14-day right to withdraw ends for each eSIM once it is issued. You can still cancel an eSIM nobody has installed from the traveller's page, and its price returns to your trip budget. The exceptions, the refund of unused credit and the rules for coordinator bookings are in the refund policy. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the law of the country you live in; see also Buying for an organisation.

T12

Using MUSTER fairly

You agree not to:

  • Add people to a roster without their permission, or add invented people;
  • Resell eSIMs from MUSTER as a stand-alone product to people who are not travelling with a group you organise;
  • Use an eSIM for anything illegal, for sending bulk unsolicited messages, or in a way that breaks the rules of the mobile network in the country where it is used;
  • Try to reach another organiser's trips, rosters or install pages, probe or overload the service, or get around the checks on runs and payments;
  • Use MUSTER from, or for travellers established in, a sanctioned jurisdiction in breach of EU or international sanctions.

If you break these rules we may pause runs on your account, refuse bookings or close the account. Before we close an account we will write to you, unless the law or a risk to other people stops us. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund your unused credit in full.

T13

Our responsibility to you

We provide MUSTER with reasonable care and skill. Mobile coverage depends on the local network, the building, the terrain and the phone, so we cannot promise a signal in every place. If an eSIM we issued cannot be installed through no fault of the traveller, the refund policy explains how we credit it back.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for costs you incur because a traveller could not use mobile data, beyond the price of the eSIM or booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

T14

Terms for coordinators joining the desk

People who work as connectivity coordinators are bound by the separate coordinator terms, which every applicant accepts on the application form. In short: coordinators are independent contractors aged 18 or over, they keep organisers' and travellers' details confidential, and they are paid by bank transfer for completed bookings, after the platform fee stated in those terms. These terms of service do not apply to coordinators in their work for the desk.

T15

Changes, suspension and ending the agreement

We may change these terms, for example when the law changes or we add a feature. If a change affects an account in a significant way, we publish it on this page, with the new date at the top, at least 30 days before it takes effect, so the dated page is the notice. We also email the account address when we do. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account and ask for your unused credit back.

We may pause MUSTER briefly for maintenance. We do not start maintenance while a generation run is in progress on the platform if we can avoid it, and a paused run can be resumed from the trip page.

You can end this agreement at any time by closing your account, as described in the cancellation policy. Sections on refunds, responsibility and the law continue after the agreement ends.

T16

Complaints, disputes and the law that applies

If something has gone wrong, write to us on the contact form first with your account email, the trip and what happened. We reply within two working days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve it, a consumer can contact the consumer protection authority in the country where they live or bring a claim in the courts. We do not use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, which closed on 20.07.2025.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, and Viru County Court (Viru Maakohus), Estonia can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can bring a claim in its courts.
